Sometimes studying the bible is difficult because it can be hard to decipher/understand.
These notes are for the encouragement of the study of God's word daily, (only to be used/read with your Bible.) Not a Bible replacement.

Chapter 1: John the Baptist prepares the way for Jesus, Jesus' baptism and temptation, and the beginning of His ministry in Galilee.

Chapter 2: Healing of a paralytic, calling of Levi (Matthew), teaching on fasting and the Sabbath.

Chapter 3: Healing of a man with a withered hand, appointment of the twelve apostles, and accusations of Jesus being possessed by Beelzebul.

Chapter 4: Parable of the sower, parable of the lamp under a basket, calming of a storm, and healing of a demon-possessed man.

Chapter 5: Healing of a demon-possessed man in the Gerasenes, healing of a woman with bleeding, and raising of Jairus' daughter.

Chapter 6: Rejection of Jesus in Nazareth, sending out of the twelve apostles, feeding of the five thousand, walking on water, and healing of many.

Chapter 7: Dispute with the Pharisees over tradition and teachings on what defiles a person.

Chapter 8: Feeding of the four thousand, Pharisees ask for a sign, Jesus predicts His death and resurrection, and teaching on taking up one's cross.

Chapter 9: Transfiguration, healing of a demon-possessed boy, and teaching on humility and causing others to sin.

Chapter 10: Teaching on divorce, blessings of children, and the rich young man's question, Jesus predicts His death and resurrection again.

Chapter 11: Triumphal entry into Jerusalem, cursing of the fig tree, cleansing of the temple, and teaching on faith and forgiveness.

Chapter 12: Parable of the tenants, paying taxes to Caesar, and the greatest commandment.

Chapter 13: Olivet Discourse - Jesus predicts the destruction of the temple and His second coming.

Chapter 14: Plot to kill Jesus, anointing at Bethany, last supper, and Peter's denial.

Chapter 15: Jesus' trial before Pilate, crucifixion, death, and burial.

Chapter 16: Resurrection and Great Commission (Shorter ending).

The book of Mark is known for its fast-paced narrative style and emphasis on action and deeds rather than lengthy teachings and discourses.

What Is Evangelism?  Evangelism is the intentional and loving act of sharing the good news of Jesus Christ with others. It is the clear communication of God’s plan of salvation so that people can hear, understand, and respond to the Gospel. Evangelism centers on the message that Jesus Christ lived a sinless life, died on the cross for our sins, was buried, and rose again , providing the way for forgiveness, reconciliation with God, and eternal life. The Basics of Evangelizing  Listed here are three foundational suggestions for evangelizing. You must be saved. You must pray that the holy spirit takes control. You must study God's word. There is truly no strict right or wrong method—these are simply practical guidelines to help us think intentionally about sharing the Gospel.
