These notes are for the encouragement of the study of God's word daily, (only to be used/read with your Bible.) Not a Bible replacement.
Chapter 1: John the Baptist prepares the way for Jesus, Jesus' baptism and temptation, and the beginning of His ministry in Galilee.
Chapter 2: Healing of a paralytic, calling of Levi (Matthew), teaching on fasting and the Sabbath.
Chapter 3: Healing of a man with a withered hand, appointment of the twelve apostles, and accusations of Jesus being possessed by Beelzebul.
Chapter 4: Parable of the sower, parable of the lamp under a basket, calming of a storm, and healing of a demon-possessed man.
Chapter 5: Healing of a demon-possessed man in the Gerasenes, healing of a woman with bleeding, and raising of Jairus' daughter.
Chapter 6: Rejection of Jesus in Nazareth, sending out of the twelve apostles, feeding of the five thousand, walking on water, and healing of many.
Chapter 7: Dispute with the Pharisees over tradition and teachings on what defiles a person.
